## Scope

This notice describes the public icon.fund website operated for IBG — Icon Block Group, whose published registration location is Tallinn, Estonia. The website presents group information and portfolio references. It provides email and external links. It does not provide an account area, a payment form or a wallet connection. Separate services reached through external links have their own operators and privacy arrangements.

## Website delivery

The website is hosted on Vercel. Delivering pages and protecting the hosting service can involve technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser headers and security events. Hosting and network providers process this information under their own service arrangements. Vercel's privacy notice is linked below. The website's own code contains no advertising scripts or optional analytics trackers, and its interface does not store preferences in cookies or browser storage. Fonts and brand images are served with the website.

## Information you send

When you choose to send an email, your email service transmits your sender details, message and any attachments to the recipient. Information sent to the published business email is used in the context of the enquiry and related correspondence. Include only information relevant to your request. Keep passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys and payment credentials out of ordinary correspondence. Opening a mailto link alone does not send a message.

## External services and retention

Following a project or social link takes you to a service governed by that service's privacy practices. Public pages and machine-readable versions contain the same public business information; they do not publish private email correspondence. Retention of hosting records and email correspondence depends on the service involved, the purpose of the records and applicable obligations. A single retention period for all providers is not specified by this website.

## Questions and requests

Contact info@icon.fund with questions about this website or a request concerning information you have supplied. Explain the relevant interaction and the information or request involved, while limiting sensitive details in your first message. Any response to a privacy request depends on the applicable requirements and sufficient information to identify the records concerned. This notice should be read together with the privacy information of any external service you choose to use.
